Govt shielding senior officials in Gopalganj hooch tragedy: SuMo

Chhapra (Saran): Senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi ( SuMo) on Saturday said that the state government should hold senior officials responsible for any hooch tragedy if it takes place under their jurisdiction. Talking to newsmen at Chhapra, Modi claimed that altogether 22 persons have died in Gopalganj after consumong hooch. He charged the state government with shielding senior officials in hooch tragedy. Modi said that all the claims of CM Nitish Kumar regarding blanket ban on liquor across Bihar have proved false as everywhere liquor mafias are manufacturing liquor and selling them.
