Buxar : Director, Primary Education, Bihar, M Ramchandradu, has directed the Buxar District Education Officer (DEO) to cancel the appointment of 25 school teachers in the district and lodge a named FIR against the officials concerned.
The Buxar DEO had received complaint regarding irregularities in the appointment of some teachers. The DEO took the complaint seriously and he himself inquired into the matter. He found that the allegation true since 25 teachers were appointed after April 10, 2015, the date fixed for the purpose by Bihar government. He immediately withheld the salary of all the 123 teachers and informed the Director, Primary Education.
Taking cognizance, the Director has directed the DEO to cancel appointment of 25 teachers who were appointment after April 10, 2015, and release salary of the remaining rest 98 teachers. He also directed him to lodge named FIR against the then Block Development Officer (BDO) and the then Block Education Officer (BEO) for alleged irregularities in the appointment of school teachers by September 18, 2017.
