Saharsa : Police are conducting raids at different places to arrest Mohammad Shahrukh, son of Mohammad Rarruq of Sitanabad under Simribakhtiarpur police station in Saharsa district for blackmailing and sexually exploiting a young local girl for the last one-and-a-half-year promising to marry her.
The girl’s mother, who caught Mohammad Shahrukh at her house with his daughter on April 11, 2017, night, and locked the room from outside and called panchayat Mukhia and others, sought justice to her daughter from police on May 13, 2017. She alleged that Shahrukh’s family members demanded Rs 3 lakh from her to marry their son with her daughter at a panchayat. This despite the fact that the panchayat Mukhia and others had seen Shahrukh with her daughter in a room at her house, the girl’s mother, who sells vegetables, told Simribakhtiarpur police adding that Shahrukh had forcibly taken an obscene snap of her daughter and was blackmailing her threatening to make the video viral. Shahrukh has, meanwhile, married another girl.
