Gangwar relieved for central deputation

Patna : D S Gangawar, a 1988 batch IAS officer and Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Bihar Government, was on July 19, 2017, relieved for central deputation. Gangwar has been appointed Joint Secretary, Food Processing Industry Ministry, Government of India.

Sujata Chaturvedi, a 1989 batch IAS officer, Principal Secretary, Commercial Taxes Department, Bihar Government, has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Finance Department. Brajesh Mehrotra, an IAS officer of 1989 batch and Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat Department, has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, TRansport Department. The General Administration Department (GAD) isssued a notification to this effect on July 19.
