Free Acupressure camp at Ara School

Ara : Lok Jagriti Prakritik Ayogya Kendra, a unit of Lok Jagriti Ara, organised a day-long Free Acupressure camp on the campus of New Kids Foundation Residential School, Ara, on September 7, 2019. Around  600 students, guardians, parents, teachers and even Director and Principal of the school were given acupressure treatment free of cost  Several patients got some relief from the very first day.

Detailing Acupressure, Dr Nirmala Sinha and  Pintu Pushkar said that acupressure is a natural therapy and it is not only treatment but also prevention from ailments without any side effects. They said people having waist, knee, back pain, cervical spondylitis, gastroenteritis, migraine, and other problems are treated through acupressure and added it may cure almost all kinds of diseases. They said that rising pollution, parasites, and unhealthy life style were causing caused different health problems. They  said if toxins are flushed out of the body, 90% diseases are cured. Flushing out toxins from the body is called cleansing.

Renu Devi, Nand Kishore Ram, Rakesh Kumar Chaurasia, and Manoj Kumar Gupta said that acupressure is an immediate result oriented therapy and added it is now necessary in today’s fast life. They further said that natural therapy is need of the hour to get rid of different kinds of diseases without any side effects.They exhorted the people to go for acupressure to lead a healthy and better life.

N K Pandey, Principal, and Poonam Pandey, Director, New Kids Foundation Residential School, said that the Acupressure, Homeopathy, Ayurved ,and Yoga camp was organized for the health check-up of the students and also for their better health.
