Four maoists surrender before SSP, Muzaffarpur

Muzaffarpur : Commander, Tirhut Sub-Zonal Committee of banned CPI (Maoist), Mithilesh Ram alias Mithilesh Kumar, surrendered before SSP, Muzaffarpur, Harpreet Kaur, with his three associates: Chhotan Kumar alias Ritesh Singh, Rana Singh alias Rituraj Singh, and Mausham Kumar, on June 24, 2018, to join the mainstream of the society.

The four maoists also surrendered two countrymade rifles, a countrymade pistol, 2 Desi Katta, and 8 live rounds. Mithilesh, a resident of village Dih Deevar under Hathouri police station in Muzaffarpur district, was wanted in several cases lodged with Hathouri, Bochaha, Runnisaidpur, and Piparahi police stations.
