Raxaul ( East Champaran) : Four Indians were killed  in a road accident near Jhunkunawa Chowk on Chandranigahpur -Gaur road in Rautahat District of Nepal on November 13, 2021, night. The accident took place  near Indo-Nepal border.  All the  deceased  were later identified as natives  of  East Champaran District in North Bihar in India.

SP Rautahat Vinod Ghimre said that  a car bearing Indian number plate  met with an accident near Jhunkunawa Chawk  on Chandranigahpur–Gaur road in on November 13, 2021, night, afterits driver lost control over the vehicle which fell into a roadside pond filled with water.  All the four occupants of the car died on the spot, he said.

Rautahat police recovered  Aadhar cards  from the possessions of deceased  and after that they were identified as Deena Nath Sah,  25, Arun Sah, 30, Dilip Mahto, 28, and Amit Mahto, 27,  of village Betauna under Patahi  police station in East Champaran District of Bihar.   Rautahat police said  that  East Champaran Police was informed about the accident for necessary action.
