Former Senator moves HC against VKSU

Ara : Former Senator, Veer Kuer Singh University (VKSU), Ara,  Ajay Kumar Tiwari alias Munmun filed a case in Patna High Court against the VKSU on May 17, 2017, claiming the university was not following academic and examination calendar. As a result, the students of this university are unable to gt admission to any college or university outside Bihar, the petitioner claimed.

Ajay Kumar Tiwari said that despite the strict orders from the secretariat, Governor cum Chancellor and the state government, the VKSU is not serious in following the academic and examination calendar. He said that the academic session in the VKSU is running very late. He said despite several agitations by different student unions and request to the Vice Chancellor, VKSU, the situation remains the same and so he was compelled to move the Patna High Court in the interest of the students.
