Patna: Lakhan Nishad, son of former minister Vidya Sagar Nishad, was arrested on November 25 evening from his Mithapur residence under Jakkanpur police station, Patna, with 12 bottles of foreign liquor. Lakhan’s wife Ranjita Kumari is chairperson of Gohri Jamalpur Nagar Panchayat in Khagaria district.
