Former Minister Raghunath Jha dies

Patna : Former Union minister and a prominent politician of Bihar Raghunath Jha, 79, died at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Delhi, at 3.30 am on January 15, 2018, due to various ailments including organ failure, cardiac arrest and septic shock. He died at 3.10 am. He was admitted to the ICU of the hospital on January 13, 2018. Jha was Union minister of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprise in the UPA government. He represented Sheohar assembly constituency in Bihar Assembly several times.
