Muzaffarpur : Former Bihar CM Jagannath Mishra on February 2 underlined the need of widespread changes in the education system to provide job opportunities to youth. He was delivering lecture on `Literacy and Development of Higher Education’ at a function organised by Lalit Narain Mishra College of Business  Management, Muzaffarpur, on its annual function as well as Lalit Jayanti. The function was jointly inaugurated by him and former chief secretary of Bihar and Jharkhand V S Dubey.

Former Bihar minister Nitish Mishra, Super 30 founder Anand Kumar  and senior bureaucrat Sanjiv Mishra were also present on the occasion. Nitish Mishra said that the youth should be trained in such a way that they could provide employment to others. RBI official M K Verma said that the central government policy to expand banks will benefit the people in rural areas. Dubey exhorted the students to become partner in development.
