Bagaha : Five persons including two children were killed and  two other  were injured seriously and admitted to Sub-divisional hospital, Bagaha, after the Bolero carrying them dashed a roadside tree near Hardiachati under Naurangia police station in West Champaran district on June 1, 2017, afternoon.

SHO, Naurangia police station, Harendra Prasad, said that a Bolero carrying eight persons was en route Valmikinagar in West Champaran district of Bihar from Ramkola in  Kushinagar district in UP to participate in marriage. But, the driver suddenly lost control over the vehicle near Hardiachati under Naurangia Police station and it dashed to a roadside tree resulting in death of five persons identified as Dipa Kumari, 5, Kamini Kumari, 4, Lalmohan Ram, 38,  Nand Kishor Soni, driver (35), and Rina Devi, 23, on the spot, the SHO said. Kaushilya Devi and a child sustained serious injuries and were admitted to Sub-divisional hospital, Bagaha.

Deputy Collector Land Reforms (DCLR), Bagaha, Jaichand Yadav, Bagaha-2 BDO Ashok Kumar and other officials reached the spot to take stock of the situation after getting information about the accident.
