Bagaha : Five boys, all of them Intermediate students in 15-17 years age group, were arrested on July 6, 2018, for drawing in fraudulent manner Rs 36,000 from Champaram Gramin Bank using the ATM card of Priti Kumari, daughter of Chandra Mohan Rai of Gandhinagar locality under Bagaha Town police station in Bagaga Police District.

The arrested students were identified as Vazir Mian, Naushad, Irshad Mian, Munna Mian, and Alam Mian. They are residents of different localities under Nagar Parishad, Bagaha. They were sent to Remand Home, Bettiah, headquarters of West Champaran district.

SHO, Bagaha town police station, Mohmmad Ayub said that complaint Priti kumari had lodged an FIR under various sections of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act with the town police station on July 3, 2018. Police swung into action and arrested the juvenile accused and seized the fraudulently drwan Rs 36,000 cash besides an ATM card and two smart phones from their possession .
