FIR lodged against youth for making video of woman taking bath, no arrest

Ara :  A named FIR was lodged with Women’s police station, Ara, in Bhojpur district, on March 19, 2019, against one Rahul Kumar of village Bhakura under Ara Muffassil police station for making video of woman of the same village when she was taking bath in the bathroom at her house. The FIR was lodged on the statement of the woman concerned. Police are investigating into the incident and also conducting raids to arrest the accused.

SHO, Women’s police station, Madhuri Kumari, said that a woman was taking bath in the bathroom of her house at a village under Ara Muffassil police station when she detected some light passing through a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. When she went to the roof, she found a mobile fixed in the hole and the video was on. It was detected with a photograph on the screen of the mobile that it belonged to a youth of the village Rahul Kumar who had fixed the mobile in the hole to make video of the woman taking bath.

Rahul Kumar dared come to the roof of house to take his mobile back and as the woman got information, she also reached there along with her sons. Rahul Kumar threatened them with dire consequence waving a pistol and escaped after jumping down from the roof.
