Federer, Tsitsipas enter Round of 16 of Wimbledon 2018

Patna : Top seed and World No 2 in ATP rankings Roger Federer, 36, Switzerland, and World No 35 Stefanos Tsitsipas, 19, Greece, entered the Round of 16 of men’s singles of Wimbledon tennis championship on July 6, 2018.

Federer defeated World No 62 Jan Lennard Struff, 28, Germany,  6-3, 7-5, 6-2 in the third round. Federer fired 10 Aces to 11 by Struff. Struff committed 6 double faults to 2 by Federer, who won 4 break points.

Tsitsipas defeated Thomas Fabbiano, Italy, 6-2, 6-1, 6-4, in the third round. Tsitsipas fired 11 Aces in the match to just 1 by Fabbiano.
