Father-son duo seriously injured in Bhojpur accident

Ara :Two persons were injured when their motorcycle collided head-on with a speeding vehicle near village Pirauta under Ara Muffassil police station in Bhojpur district on August 13, 2019. They admitted to Ara Sadar Hospital. The injured were identified as Uday Nath Pandey,Up Sarpanch of Nagopur panchayat under Ara Muffassil police station, and his son Kundan Pandey.

Uday Nath Pandey of Nagopur village, along with his son Kundan Pandey, was coming to Ara on his motorcycle to attend a training session. When he reached near Pirauta village, a speeding vehicle collided head-on with the motorcycle injuring the father-son duo seriously. The driver escaped with the vehicle from the spot. The locals rushed them to Ara Sadar Hospital. The doctor there referred Kundan Pandey to Patna Medical College and Hospital.
