Father of 3 children outrages modesty of 10 yr old girl at Bhojpur village

Ara : Dharmendra Singh, father of three children, outraged modesty of a 10 year old girl, a class V student, at a village under Udwantnagar police station in Bhojpur district on March 30, 2019. A named FIR has been lodged with Women’s police station, Ara, against Dharmendra Singh of the village in this connection. Police brought the survivor to Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination and will produce her before Ara Civil Court on April 1, 2019, to get her statement recorded under Section 164 of CrPC.

SHO, Women’s police station, Madhuri Kumari, the girl had gone to her school at the village on March 30 without brushing teeth and taking bath and so she was returning home for mouth wash to take Midday meal at the school but on way Dharmendra Singh, father of three children, caught her and took her to a secluded place and outraged her modesty. In the meantime, the girl bite him with her teeth that loosened his grip and she escaped from the spot and reached home and narrated her ordeal before her family members. The SHO said that police are conducting raids to arrest the accused.
