Patna :A farmer Ramji Yadav, 50, was gunned down at village Bahaura under Mufassil police station in Aurangabad district in South Bihar late on January 23 night. His bullet riddled body was recovered from a field on January 24 morning.
On getting information, local police reached the spot and started investigation into the case. Mufassil ps SHO said that Yadav had gone out of his house late on January 23 night to attend call of nature and he did not return home after that. His body was recovered on Tuesday morning, said the SHO adding that an FIR has been lodged against one Gopal Yadav and his six brothers. Political reason is stated to be the reason behind the killing, the SHO added.
