Fancy Dress Competition at DPS Bokaro concludes

Bokaro ( Jharkhand) : The three-day Fancy Dress Competition organised at DPS Bokaro (Primary Wing) from October 22 to 24, 2019, in which 468 students participated concluded with fanfare and celebrations here at Bharat Muni Kala Bhawan.

The students of classes Nursery, Prep, and One came dressed up in different costumes and expressed their feelings in innocent and melodious voice. The theme of the competition was Innovative & Creative Costumes, Pride of India , Historical Characters, Fairy Tale Characters, Household Gadgets, Gods/Goddess; Cartoon Characters, Brides & Grooms of different States besides Food Items.

Principal, DPS, Bokaro, A S Gangwar, appreciated the effort of the students and highlighted the importance of such events. He urged the parents to understand the psychology of the students and help them in their development and said that participating at such events helps in developing the creativity of students. He stressed that apart from studies such events are important for overall development of the students.
