Buxar : Some unidentified miscreants shot at and injured a Constable of Excise & Prohibition Department on October 18, 2021, evening, under Brahmpur police station (PS) area in Buxar District in South Bihar and escaped. The injured Constable identified as Golu Kumar Singh of village Kant under Brahmpur PS, was admitted to Ara Sadar Hospital.
Golu Kumar Singh goes to his office from his native village. He was returning home after performing his duty and when he reached near his village, some unidentified miscreants shot at and injured him. An FIR has been lodged with the police in this connection,Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
