Samastipur : A sixtyfive year old woman Usma Devi was beaten to death at village Bisanpur Bathua under Pusa police station in Samastipur district on Sunday allegedly by her neighbour with whom she had land dispute. On Sunday too, they had heated exchange after which her neighbour brutally assaulted her with stick kiling her on the spot . The body was sent to Samastipur Sadar hospital for post-mortem. Police are investigating into the incident.
