Patna: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached assets worth Rs 68 lakh of two naxalites from Bihar: Pradumn Sharma and Pramod Sharma, both brothers, in connection with a money-laundering probe against them.
Altogether 67 FIRs and chargesheets were filed against the two brothers by Bihar police and the ED took cognisance of them to lodge criminal case against them under Prevention of Money Launder Act, according to ED sources. The ED had in February 2018 attached assets worth Rs 86 lakh of naxalite from Jharkhand Sandip Yadav.
