Dr Karuna Kumari appointed Jt Secretary, Health

Patna : Sunil Kumar, an IAS officer of 2006 batch and Additional Secretary -cum- Director, Social Security and Disability, Social Welfare Department, was on August 25, 2017, appointed Additional Secretary -cum-Director, Social Welfare Directorate, Social Welfare Department.

Rama Shankar Prasad Daftuar, a 2006 batch IAS officer and Director, ICDS, Social Welfare Department, has been appointed Director, Social Security and Disability, Social Welfare Department.

Dr Karuna Kumari, an IAS officer 2010 batch of Assam & Meghalay cadre who joined here on deputation on August 11, 2017, has been appointed Joint Secretary, Health Department, Bihar. She will also hold additional charge of  Additional Executive Director, State Health Society.  The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on August 25.
