Bokaro ( Jharkhand) : To nurture public speaking, organisation of thoughts and rational thinking, and to enhance the linguistic skills of the students, DPS Bokaro, Jharkhand, organised its online Literary Fest, ‘Bodhi- The Enlightenment’. The competition included English and Hindi Debate competitions and live streaming for Spelling Competition. The results were declared today.
The students were divided into two groups according to their grades. Group A –VI-VIII (Junior) and Group B –IX-XII (Senior).
Principal, DPS Bokaro, A S Gangwar, congratulated the students for their enthusiastic participation. “The response is overwhelming and I hope the competition has helped the students in keeping them abreast with the rational thinking and added to their skill of public speaking and linguistic skills,” he said.

Online Debate Competition
In Junior, Group A (English) – Aditya Misra of Class VII D grabbed the first position followed by Shreshtha Rupam Dwivedi of Class VIII D on the second position while the third position was secured by Aditya Bhakta of Class VII B. In Senior, Group B- Bhawna Bharti of Class XII B secured first position followed by Anurag Sinha of Class XII F and Utkarsh Vardhan of Class XI A on the second position while the third position was secured by Shrishti Banka of Class XII G.
In Junior (Hindi) – Group A- Nitya Sinha of Class VIII C grabbed the first position followed by Aavya Singh of Class VI A and Avvanya Pahwa of Class VII E on the second position while Priyasha Singh of Class VII-A secured third position. In Senior, Group B- Jatin Singh of Class X E grabbed the first position followed by Aditya Agrawal of Class XII G on the second position while the third position was secured by Akshra Roy Sharma IX-A and Anshika Anand of Class XII F.
Online Spelling Competition
In Junior, Group A – Ritanmay Mishra of Class VII B grabbed the first position followed by Apurva Singh of Class VII E on the second position while the third position was shared by Spandan Misra of Class VIII B and Pavitra Nath of Class VII B. In Senior Group B- Anamika of Class X C grabbed the first position followed by Esha Tripathi of Class XII on the second position while the third position was secured by Jaydeep Ghosh of Class XI F.
