Bokaro (Jharkhand) : To motivate the students follow a healthy lifestyle and make them aware of the issues affecting the environment, DPS Bokaro, Jharkhand, organised an online competitions on ‘Fitness and Sports’ and ‘Celebrate Biodiversity’ recently for the students of classes 1-12. The results were declared on July 8, 2020.
The online ‘Fitness and Sports’ events included yoga, basketball dribbling, football skills, drill exercises, rope skipping, and any other specific skill or talent related to physical well being. The ‘Celebrate Biodiversity’ events included nurturing plants, poster making, slogan writing, PowerPoint Presentation/photo collage making, speech competition, article writing, and poem writing. Over a thousand students of the school enthusiastically participated in the online competitions.
