Bokaro (Jharkhand) : Proving their mettle and setting a benchmark for others, DPS Bokaro students have made their mark in the glorious history of the school with their outstanding performance at Class X All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE) 2020. It may be mentioned here that at Class XII results also DPS Bokaro students have performed stupendously beating all previous records.
Out of 223 students who appeared at the examination, 53 students secured more than 95 percent while 126 students secured more than 90 percent whereas 179 students bagged more than 80 percent.
The toppers are : Harsh Rai – 99 %; Soumya Thakur- 98.2%; Saksham Kumar-97.8%; Nishit Roshan, Rohit Verma, Harshit Kumar, Aditi Agrawal and Aameya Devansh – 97.6%; Anshu Priya, Aditya Raj, Anushka Srivastava and Ayush Amlan – 97.4%; Ayushi Sinha- 97.2%; Harsh Bihany, Asmi Srivastava and Atithi Chauhan – 97%; Tejaswani, Kushagra Patodia, Akshit Vrat, and Shikhar Sharma- 96.8; Mitali Singh, Sahil Shekhar, Kavya Jha- 96.6; Nancy Raj and Aparajita -96.4.
A S Gangwar, Principal, DPS Bokaro, expressed immense happiness on this achievement and said that it is indeed a time for celebrations for all of us as the students have etched their names in the leaderboard. ” The result is the splendid outcome of the relentless efforts that the DPS fraternity has put in which includes the parents who have shown trust, the teachers who have guided the children, and our dear students who always seek excellence.”
