Patna: Patna DM Sanjay Agarwal on December 21 inaugurated a call centre at Ramdeo Mahto Bhawan near Mangal Talav in Patna City. Agarwal said that anybody including devotees, visitors and the locals can make a call on number-9304023456 and register their complaints regarding sanitation, drinking water facilities and other problems.
The DM said that the complaints would be handed over to the department concerned for addressal. Agarwal said that people can register their complaints regarding law and order problems also. He said that senior officials would seek
report over the problem, 24 hours after lodging of the complaint, from the officials concerned.
The officials would also contact the complainant whether their problems have been solved or not. Agarwal also directed SDO, Patna City, to seize vehicles fitted with unauthorised beacon lights in the area. He said that the call centre would run till Prakashotasav.
