Novak Djokovic ( 11,015 points), Daniil Medvedev ( 10,125 points), Alexander Zverev ( 7,780 points), Stefanos Tsitsipas ( 7,170 points), and Rafael Nadal ( 6,875 points) remain World No 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 respectively.. Djokovic has ended 2021 as Year End World No 1 for the 7th year. Andrey Rublev, 24, Russia, has slipped 1 place to be ranked World No 7 with 4,830 points.
Nadal has, however, consolidated his World No 5 place by adding 2,000 Rankings points to his points tally after winning his second AO singles title, his record breaking 21st Grand Slam singles title on January 30, 2022.
