Nawada: An extensive administrative police as well as Rapid action force (RAF) deployment as a deterrent measure following April 4 arson and subsequent police firing on NH 31 near Sadbhavna Chowk under Nawada town police station notwithstanding, a horde of armed miscreants beat up several commuters on the newly constructed bridge over Khuri river on April 5, 2017, afternoon. Stone pelting was resorted to by members of both the sides forcing the top civil and police administrative officials to rush to the site and control the situation.
According to sources, a group of miscreants brandishing weapons from Islam Nagar across the bridge came and roughed up some passersby on the bridge at around 3 pm on April 5. Commotion ensued and people from the Kalali-end, the opposite end of the bridge, rushed to counter them. However, before the situation could further deteriorate, police personnel rushed to spot forcing the miscreants to flee. Shopkeepers downed their shutters in protest and the whole area wore a deserted look.
The incident has punctured the Nawada district administration’s tall claims on April 4 that the situation was fully under control and that miscreants who had desecrated the cutout of Lord Ram had been identified and action against them was being initiated.
I’m really enjoying the design and layout of your website.
It’s a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more
enjoyable for me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a developer to
create your theme? Great work!
Sweet blog! I found it while searching on Yahoo News.
Do you have any suggestions on how to get listed in Yahoo News?
I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there!
Thank you
