Dhanbad girl withdraws rape charge against OC, Bhuli PS

Dhanbad ( Jharkhand) :  Just after 48 hours of slapping rape charge against Bhuli police station, Dhanbad, officer incharge (OC) Arvind Kumar, the 16 year girl has withdrawn her allegation him  saying that she was  bribed by her neighbour to slap the charge.

In a written  statement given to Dhanbad  SP Manoj Ratan Chuuthey, the teenager  stated that she feels ashamed of slapping the charge against the OC which was wrong and fictitious and she is under no pressure from anyone to withdraw her complaint adding that her parents or any kin should not be  penalized  for this action.

After the complaint was withdrawn, Dhanbad DSP D N Banka and OC Arvind Kumar stated that the complaint had tarnished the image of police and no guilty persons will be spared for this crime.
