Patna : DG cum Commandant General, Homeguards & Fire Services, Bihar, Ravindra Kumar, a 1984 batch Bihar cadre IPS officer, retired on October 31, 2018. He took the salute from police at BMP-5 ground on the day. The farewell function was
organized on BMP-5 in the presence of DGP K S Dwivedi, and senior IPS officers.
Interacting with mediapersons, Ravindra Kumar said that it is the duty of policemen to serve the people and accepting every challenge. “ I have served with dedication and honesty,” he added. Kumar belongs to Himachal Pradesh.
DG cum CMD, Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation, Sunil Kumar, a Bihar cadre IPS officer of 1987 batch, has been given additional charge of DG cum Commandant General, Homeguards & Fire Services, Bihar.
