Patna: Governor Ram Nath Kovind on Sunday said development of film industry in Bihar is quite possible. Addressing the valedictory function of first Bihar International Film Festival at Adhiveshan Bhavan her, the governor said that there was no dearth of film producers, directors, actors and music directors in Bihar. He also said that the major parts of world famous Oscar award winner film `Gandhi’ were shot in Bihar and several Bihar actors had acted in the film. Justice Samrendra Pratap Singh said that films are mirror of the society.
