Patna : Delhi Daredevils (DD) scored 174/4 in 20 overs against Mumbai Indians (MI) in the 55th match of IPL 2018 at Feroz Shah Kotla ground, Delhi, on May 20, 2018, riding on a 44 ball 64 with 4 fours and 4 sixes by their wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant, 20, and an unbeaten 43 in 30 ball with 3 fours and 2 sixes by allrounder Vijay Shankar. Pant has scored 692 runs in IPL 2018.

Captain Sheyas Iyer was out for 6 while opener Prithvi Shaw was run out for 12. Glen Maxwell made 22 hitting 4 fours. Abhishekh Sharma remained unbeaten on 15 hitting a six. DD batsmen benefited from poor bowling by almost all the MI bowlers including Jasprit Bumrah. MI capain gave Krunal Pandya and Mayank Markande just 2 overs each though both of them took a wicket each. For MI, it is a must win match to qualify for the play off stage.
