D S Gangwar granted Proforma Promotion to Chief Secretary rank

Patna : Bihar Government on August 19, 2019, granted Proforma Promotion to Apex Payscale (Chief Secretary  rank) to 1988 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer Dharmendra Singh Gangwar, who is at present on central deputation.

Gangwar, Additional Secretary cum Financial Advisor, Health and Family Welfare Ministry, Government,  has been granted Proforma Promotion to the Chief Secretary rank as his batchmate Sudhir Kumar was recently granted promotion to this rank. Gangwar has been granted promotion to Chief Secretary rank with effect from August 9, 2019. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on August 19.
