Patna : Chennai Super Kings (CSK) beat Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by 8 wickets in the final of IPL 2018 at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, on May 27, 2018, to lift the IPL champioship trophy for the third time riding on an explosive unbeaten 57 ball 117 with 11 fours and 8 sixes by their opener Shane Wantson, Australia.
