Patna : Croatia and Demark were 1-1 after 20 minutes of play in their Round of 16 match in FIFA World Cup 2018 at Nizhny Novgorod Stadium, Russia, on July 1, 2018, night.
Defender Mathias Jorgensen scored for Demank in the first minute of the match giving his country thebest possible start. But, Croatia Striker Mario Mandzukic scored the equaliser in the 4th minute making it 1-1.
Denmark had reached the quarter-finals in the 1998 World Cup. Croatia is making its first appearance in the Round of 16 in the World Cup.
