Patna : One hundred thirty-three persons including 22 from Khagaria, 13 from Banka, 13 from Bhagalpur, 12 from Saharsa, 11 from Darbhanga, and 12 from Kishanganj  tested positive to Coronavirus (COVID-19) taking the total to 2,870 in Bihar. The new patients are in 4-64 year age group and the local authorities are looking into their infection trail.

In Khagaria District in North Bihar, 17 cases were reported from Khagaria urban areas, three from Mansi, and two from Parbatta. In Kishanganj, nine cases were reported from Bahadurganj, one from Kochadhaman, and two from Thakurganj. In Bhagalpur, four cases each reported from Goradih and Shahkund,  three from Sabour, and two from Kharik, In Bhagalpur, three cases were reported from Sabour. In Banka, one case each was reported from Pokahriya, Dewda, Bidaydih, Lohankurwa,Deshra, Dhoraiya, Barhat,  Rajaun,  Samkunia, and two from Bounsi.

In Darbhanga District, ten cases were reported from Kusheshwarsthan and one from Bahadurpur. Four cases were reported from Saran District including two from Marhaurah. Four cases were also reported from Shekhpura while 8 cases were reported from Supaul District and four from Gopalganj.
