Court rejects bail petitions of accused in murder case of 2 scribes

Ara : Additional District and Sessions Judge VI, Ara,  T N Yadav, on April 18, 2018, rejected bail petition of Harshu Mian and his son Dabloo, both accused in the murder of two bike borne journalists under Garhani police station in Bhojpur district on March 25, 2018, evening.
Harsu Mian, husband of a former Mukhia Shaheeda Parveen, and his son Dabloo, allegedly  dashed the motorcyle of two reporters: Navin Nischal and Vijay Singh of Bagwa village under Garhani police station on March 25, 2018, late evening, when they were going to their village near Nahsi Mor on Ara-Sasaram main road killing them on spot. Police arrested Harshu Mian the same day while his son Dabloo surrendered before the court and was sent to Ara jail under Judicial custody. Navin Nishchal was a block level reporter of a Hindi daily while Vijay Singh was writing for a magazine.
On April 18, the ADJ VI, Aea, after hearing both the parties, rejected the bail petition of Harshu Mian and his son Dabloo.
