Patna : Coronavirus (COVID-19) death toll jumped to 97 in Bihar on July 6, 2020, afternoon, with seven new deaths being reported from different parts of the state during last 24 hours. Two new deaths each were reported from Darbhanga and Ssamastipur, and one each from Bhagalpur, East Champarsan, and Muzaffarpur. A total of 9,014 COVID-19 patients have been declared cured till date in the state.
Patna district has recorded 1,058 Coronavirus cases and 12 deaths so far. The death toll has increased to 7 in Darbhanga District while Samastipur has reported six deaths. Muzaffarpur, Nalanda, East Chasmparan, Rohtas, and Saran districts have recorded five deaths each. Muzaffarpur District has reported 496 COVID-19 cases while Madhubani has reported 511 cases.
