Patna : Coronavirus (COVID-19) death toll increased to 31 in Bihar on June 8, 2020, afternoon, with one death being reported from Darbhanga District in North Bihar. Coronavirus confirmed cases stand at 5,175 in Bihar of which 2,542 patients have been cured.
Khagaria and Begusarai district, both in North Bihar, have reported three deaths each while Patna, Sitamarhi, Bhojpur, Vaishali, Siwan districts have reported two deaths each. Araria, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Jamui, Jehanabad, Madhepura, Munger, Muzaffarpur, Nalanda, Nawada, East Champaran, Rohtas, Samastipur, Saran, and Sheohar districts have reported one death each till date.
Among districts, Patna has reported 280 confirmed cases while Khagaria has reported 279 cases and Begusarai 262 cases. Bhagalpur District has reported 245 cases while neighbouring Banka has reported 132 cases. Madhubani District has reported 237 cases while Darbhanga has reported 131 cases. Khagaria has reported 110 cases till date while Katihar has reported 174 cases. Munger has reported 208 cases while Rohtas has reported 238 cases. Supaul District has reported 157 Coronavirus cases.
