Patna : Patna District had reported 217 Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases till 4 pm on May 27, 2020, followed by Rohtas with 201 cases and Madhubani District with 176 cases. Begusarai District has reported 159 cases while Munger and Khagaria Districts have reported 148 and 1432 cases respectively, according to Health Department, Government of Bihar. The number of COVID-19 confirmed cases has reached 3,010 in Bihar so far.
Coronavirus death toll has, meanwhile, climbed to 15 in Bihar including two each in Patna, Vaishali, and Khagaria, and one each in East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Begusarai, Rohtas, Munger, Jehanabad, Nalanda, Siwan, and Saran.
Katihar District has recorded 134 cases while Buxar and Jehanabad Districts have reported 114 and 112 cases respectively. Banka District in eastern Bihar has reported 106 cases while Gopalganj has recorded 99 cases so far. Bhagalpur District in eastern Bihar has reported 95 cases cases while Nalanda has reported 91 cases and East Champaran 83.
Nawada has reported 71 cases followed by Darbhanga with 69 cases. Siwan and Samastipur Districts have reported 66 and 62 cases respectively. Vaishali has reported 60 cases and Aurangabad 59. Saharsa has reported 57 cases while Supaul has reported 55 cases and Gaya 53 cases. Madhepura has reported 52 cases while West Champaran has reported 42 cases while Muzaffarpur has reported 39 cases.
