New Delhi : novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) confirmed cases jumped to 1,251 in India including 49 foreign nationals at 9,30 pm on March 30, 2020, registerinn an increase of 180 cases since the last update at 10.30 am the same day, the maximum on a single day.
This figure includes 102 cured/discharged/migrated cases and 32 deaths including 8 in Maharashtra, 6 in Gujarat, 3 each Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka, two each in Delhi and J&K, and one each in Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Punjab, West Bengal, Tamilnadu and Telangana.
Among the States and UTs, Kerala tops the list with 202 confirmed cases followed by Maharashtra with 198 cases. The figures stands at 87 in Delhi, 83 in Karnataka, 82 in Uttar Pradesh, 71 in Telangana, 69 in Gujarat, 67 in Tamilnadu, 59 in Rajasthan, 48 in J&K, 47 in MP, 38 in Punjab, 36 in Haryana, 23 in Andhra Pradesh, and 22 in West Bengal.
Bihar has reported 15 COVID-19 confirmed cases while Chhattisgrah and Uttarakhand have reported 7 active cases each. The figure stands at 9 in Andamans & Nicobar Islands, 8 in Chandigarh, 5 in Goa, 3 each in Hamachal Pradesh and Odisha, 13 in Ladakh, and one each in Manipur, Mizoram, and Puducherry,according to Union Health & Family Welfare Ministry.
