Patna : Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases rose to 4,551 in Bihar on June 5, 2020, afternoon, with 99 more persons including 11 from Katihar, 10 from Bhagalpur, 10 from Samastipur, 8 from Katihar, 8 from Nawada, 7 from Sheohar,6 from Nalanda, and 5 each from Bhojpur and Araria, testing positive to it. Four persons each in Darbhanga, Khagaria, and Lakhisarai also tested positive to Coronavirus.

Coronavirus death toll stands at 29 in Bihar including three each in Khagaria and Begusarai and two each in Patna, Bhojpur, Sitamarhi, Siwan, and Vaishali.

In Rohtas District, three cases were reported from Bikramganj, two from Kastar, and one each from Dinara, Kusumhara, and Amapokhar. In Bhojpur District, three cases were reported from Sahar, and one each from Barhara and Jagdishpur. In Nawada District, three cases each were reported from Warisaliganj and Rajauli and two each from Kashochak. In Jehanabad, two cases were reported from Hulasganj and one from Policeline.

In Sheohar District in North Bihar, three cases were reported from Tariyani, two from Dumrikatsarai, and one each from Sheohar and Harnahi. In Samastipur District in North Bihar, five cases were reported from Shivajeenagar, two from Singhia, and one each from Bibhutipur, Ujiyarpur, and Dalsingsarai.

In Katihar District in eastern Bihar, three cases each were reported from Pranpur and Mansahi, two cases each were reported from Manihari and Kursela, and one from Kohra. In Bhgalpur District in Eastern Bihar, 8 cases were reported from Bihpur and two from Naugachhia. In Araria District, two cases were reported from Raniganj, and one each from Kursakanta, Forbesganj, and Palasi.

In Khagaria District, two cases each were reported from Parbatta and Gogri. In Darbhanga District, two cases each were reported from Tardih and Hanumannagar. In Lakhisarai, three cases were reported from Baraahiya and one from Lakhisarai town. In Gopalganj, two cases were reported from Kuchaikot. In Nalanda District, two cases  each were reported from Harnaut and Noorsarai and one each from Silao and Ekangarsarai.
