Patna : Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases jumped to 7,503 in Bihar on June 20, 2020, night, with 123 more persons including 20 from Katihar, 11 from Supaul, 10 each from Gaya and Arwal districts, four from East Champaran, and five from West Champaran, testing positive to it. The new patients are in 6-60 year age group and authorities concerned are ascertaining their infection trail. In all, 213 persons had tested positive to Coronaviris till 11.40 pm on June 20, 2020.
In Gaya District, five cases were reported from Guraru, two from Gaya, and one each from Bodh Gaya, Paraiya, and Dobhi. In Arwal District, six cases were reported from Kurtha and four from Sonbhandra Banshi Suryapur.
In West Champaran District, three cases were reported from Bettiah and one each from Bagaha -1 and Gaunaha. In neighbouring East Champaran, four cases were reported from Pakaridayal.
In Supaul District in North Bihar, five cases were reported from Nirmali, two from Marauna, two from Basantpur, and one from Pipra. In Bhagalpur District, two cases were reported from Pirpainti and one from Narayanpur.
In Munger District, sic cases were reported from Sangrampur and one from ASarganj. In Katihar, three cases were reported from Katihar town and one each from Barari, Amdabad, and Manshi.
