Patna : The number of Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases cross six thousand mark in Bihar on June 12, 2020, noon, reaching 6,043 with 95 more persons including 12 from Rohtas District, 10 from Madhubani District, 10 from Katihar District, 10 from Bhagalpur District, 8 from Samastipur, and 7 from Saharsa testing positive to it. The new patients are in 4-73 year age group and local authorities are looking into their infection trail. Coronavirus death toll climbed to 36 in Bihar on June 12, 2020, morning.

In Rohtas District, nine cases were reported from Dehri, two from Rajpur, and one from Amathi. In Madhubani District in North Bihar, five cases were reported from Harlakhi, two from Babubarhi, and one each from Basopatti, Rajnagar and Benipatti. In Buxar District,  six  cases were reported from Dumraon. In Saran District, two cases were reported from Sonepur and one each from Daryapur and Policeline. In Jehanabad District, two cases were reported from Modanganj and one each bfrom Ghosi and Ratni Faridpur.

In Katihar District, four cases were reported from Amdabad, two from Kadwa, and one each from Azamnagar, Mansahi, Balrampur, and Pranpur. In Saharsa District in North Bihar, seven cases were reported from Patarghat and one from Sattar Katiya. In Bhojpur, one case each was reported from Ara and Bihiya. In Patna, one case was reported from Maner.

In Samastipur District, five cases were reported from Bibhutipur and three from Warisnagar. In Begusarai, two cases were reported from Laruara and one each fromBegusarai and Balia. In Bhagalpur, five cases were reported from Nathnagar, three from Kahalgaon, and one each from Jagdishpur and Pirpainti.
