Patna : Coronavirus (COVID-19) confirmed cases jumped to 5,948 in Bihar on June 11, 2020, night, with 141 persons including 34 from Siwan, 16 from Aurangabad, five from Bhagalpur, testing positive to it. The new patients are in 1-60 year age group and local authorities are looking into their infection trail. In all, 250 persons tested positive to Coronavirus in Bihar on June 11, 2020. In Patna District, three cases were reported from Patna town. COVID-19 death toll stands at 34 in Bihar.
In Aurangabad District, 11 cases were reported from policeline, four from Daudnagar, and two each from Deo and Obra, and one from Nautan. In Siwan District, 19 cases were reported from Basantpur, 8 cases from Goreakothi, four from Andar, two from Barhariya, and one from Nautan.
Begusarai District in North Bihar, five cases were reported from Matihani. In Saharsa, two cases were reported from Mahishi and one from Kahra. In Gopalganj, five cases were reported from Hathua.
