Patna : Coronavirus (COVID-19) jumped to 3,676 on May 31, 2020, as 111 more persons including 32 from Begusarai, 20 from Bhagalpur, 13 from Purnia, seven from Kishanganj, seven from Sheikhpura, four from Jamui, and three from Patna tested positive to the dissease. The new patients are in 2-68 year age group and the local authorities are loooking into their infection trail. I Patna District, three cases were reported from Patna Town and one from Barh.
In Begusarai District in North Bihar, 10 cases were reported from Sahebpur Kamal, six from Matihani, five from Bakhri, two each from Kailashpur, Bagha, and Cheria Bariyarpur, and one each from Govindpur, Maharathpur, Sihma, Rajaura, and Birpur. In Sheikhpura, five cases were reported from Ghatkushumba, and one each from Sheikhpura and Barbigha.
In Jamui District, three cases were reported from Jhajha and one from Aliganj. In Gaya, three cases were reported from Paraiya, and one each from Gaya, Sherghati and Khizarsarai. In Purnia, three cases were reported from Jalalgarh, three from Amour, three from Dagarua, two from Dhamdaha, and one each from Baisa and Baisi.
In Bhagalpur, 15 cases were reported from Sultanganj, two from Shahkund, two from Sabour,and one from Nathnagar.
