Patna : Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases rose to 7,380 in Bihar on June 20, 2020, morning, with 90 more persons including 21 from Aurangabad District, 18 from Banka, 15 from Samastipur, 11 from Darbhanga, six from Jehanabad, and five from Supaul, testing positive to it. The new patients are in 1-60 year age group and the authorities concerned are ascertaining their infection trail. Coronavirus death toll stands at 50 in Bihar.
In Aurangabad District, six cases were reported from Deo, four from Obra, three from Nabinagar, three from Kutumba, two from Goh, and one each from Daudnagar, Haspura, and Aurangabad Town. In Banka District in eastern Bihar, four cases were reported from Dhoraiya, four from Chandan, two from Amarpur, two from Bounsi, two from Belhar, two from Katoria, and one each from Banka and Phuldumar.
In Darbhanga District, three cases were reported from Kusheshwarsthan, four from Hayaghat, three from Keoti Runway, and one from Darbhanga Town. In neighbouring Samastipur District, 10 cases were reported from Tajpur, three from Morwa, and one each from Sarairanjan and Samastipur. In Patna District, two cases were reported from Patna town.
In Supaul District, four cases were reported from Raghopur and one from Chhatapur. In Purnia District, three cases were reported from Purnia East and one from Amour. Three cases were reported from Madhepura District. In Jehanabad District, two cases each were reported from Sikariya, Modanganj, and Lodipur.
