Patna : Coronavirus (COVID-19) confirmed cases jumped to 6,289 in Bihar on June 13, 2020, night, as 106 more persons including 21 persons from Madhubani District in North Bihar, 23 from Sheohar, 8 from West Champaran, four from Darbhanga, tested positive to it. The new patients are in 3-62 year age group and authorities concerned are looking into their infection trail. In all, 193 persons tested positive to Coronavirus in Bihar on June 13, 2020. In Patna District, one case was reported from Patna town.
In Madhubani District, five cases were reported from Laukahi, three each from Jhanjharpur and Ladaniya, two cases each from Rahika, Benipatti, and Lakhnaur, three from Phulparas, and one from Pandaul. In Kaimur district, two cases were reported from Bhagwanpur, and one from Bhabhua. In Gaya District, two cases were reported from Gaya town and one each from Tekari and Manpur. In Munger District, two cases were reported from Haveli Kharagpur.
In Sheohar District in North Bihar, five cases were reported from Tariyani, four cases from Dumari Katsari, two cases each were reported from Kushhar, Sheohar, Purnahiya, Kahtarwa, and Hanumannagar, one each from Mathurapur, Pavitra Nagar, Tajpur, and Fatehpur. In West Champaran District, four cases were reported from Sikta and two each from Lauriya and Chanpatia. In Siwan district, three cases were reported from Panchrukhi while in Muzaffarpur district, three cases were reported from Katra. In Araria District, two cases were reported from Narpatganj.
