patna : Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases increased to 4,598 in Bihar on June 5, 2020, night, with 47 more persons including 10 from Gaya, 7 from Munger, five each from Siwan, Aurangabad and Kishanganj, and three from East Champaran testing positive to it.
In Gaya District, four cases were reported from Tikari, three from Khixzarsarai, two from Dobhi, and one from Gwal Bigha. In Kishanganj District, three cases were reported from Dighalbank and one each from Kochadhaman and Kishanganj town. In Aurangabad District, three cases were reported from Daudnagar, two from Barun, and one from Jamhor. In Dabhanga, one case each was reported from Bahadurpur, Hanumannagar and Tardih.
In Siwan, three cases were reported from Maharajganj and two from Lakhnaviganj. In East Champaran, two cases were reported from Dhaka and one from Mehsi. In Muzaffarpur, two cases were reported from Sakra. In Munger, seven cases were reported from Sangrampur. In Bhojpur, one was reported from Ara.
